The landscape masterplanning and subsequent detailed design for a large-scale residential regeneration with over 550 new homes in South London

The landscape design ideas are concentrated in seven key spaces across the estate. Co-ordinating closely with the local community, arts advisers Futurecity and other design team members, we produced a series of bespoke proposals that respond to the sense of place and the needs of all residents.
Other elements developed include a shared surface loop road, putting pedestrians and cyclists at the heart of the estate, and upgraded courtyards to many of the refurbished buildings.
