Mike Luszczak
CMLI MSGD – Director, Landscape Architect
Mike is a director at ME Landscape Studio and has over 25 years professional experience as a landscape architect and has spent the last ten years leading design groups on high-profile landscape projects across the UK and abroad. Passionately dedicated to sustainable landscape design, he has won the RIBA Sustainability Award and Civic Trust Sustainability Award.
Mike’s recent projects include developing the schematic and detailed landscape design for a range of residential and mixed-use developments in Central London. He has also been involved with numerous education projects, including Anglia Ruskin University Medical School, Chelmsford, Harrow School Core landscape and Mill Hill School Sixth Form remodelling.

Emma Less
CMLI - Director, landscape Architect
Emma is a director at ME Landscape Studio with over 10 years experience as a landscape architect. Emma coordinates the landscape input into all projects, ensuring that the approach to achieving a seamless integration of the landscape and built form is followed through to project completion. She has gained expertise in a range of landscape design aspects, from large-scale landscape planning, through to detailed design and implementation.
Emma’s recent UK projects include developing the schematic and detailed design for Alder Hey Research & Education Building, a ‘jewel’ in the parkland of Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool, and a multi-layered landscape for the competition-winning Great Fen Visitor Centre that sits at the heart of this 3,000-hectare project.
