The scheme reuses and extends a number of existing warehouse buildings on site, reorganising the internal spaces to create a series of existing work spaces, together with exclusive flats.

The rhythm of warehouse frontages is expressed within the public realm, with linear granite blocks and Dutch bricks emphasising the entrances and spill-out spaces.  Small courtyards provide further planting opportunities.  The roofscape is complex, with a series of planting-fringed amenity spaces at various levels, providing meeting spaces for workers and residents.
