Detailed design and implementation of an ecologically sustainable landscape scheme for The Innovation Centre at Butterfield Park, Luton.

The landscape forms an important part of a sustainable solution for the development. Emphasis was placed on controlling runoff from the site using a range of sustainable drainage initiatives. At the heart of the scheme, a lake receives run off from the building roof. The ecological value of the site was enhanced through the creation of wetland and meadow habitats and the improvement of an existing mature hedgerow.
