Working closely with the architects, we have developed a detailed design and tender pack for the estate which creates central landscaped communal spaces with a range of recreational facilities.

The central communal space provides natural play, outdoor gym and a numerous seating areas, set within a landscaped park; the space extends in to Rectory Park, providing pedestrian routes to the surrounding open space network.
